This is my unfortunately boring reading... sorry, if only I sounded like David Attenborough.

  1. Hey nice reading! Did you use movie maker to add the black/white effect?

  2. "I exist as I am. That is enough." Your reading of this line underscores the simplicity that I believe Walt is both searching for and commenting upon. When you deliver these lines at the end of your reading it reminds me to appreciate the unique yet subtle qualities that we oftentimes overlook. For me, this is the essence of Walt.

  3. I just went on photobooth and chose the black and white setting. But I am incredibly flattered by both of your comments thank you sincerely! The essence of Walt... what more could I ask for? Again, much thanks.

  4. Meghan, I definitely agree with both Gui and Ken :) Whitman isn't about all the frills that obscure meaning. His ultimate goal is simple, yet profound communication. You definitely captured that!

  5. Excellent reading! I've never been a big fan of the faux-Brit-poetry-narration voice . . . I think you do Whitman much finer justice than David-A wannabe's . . .
